Risk Management

Our focus is to ensure that the uncertainty surrounding a project is translated into a register of risks and to provide recommendations concerning the management of them.

At senior management level, time pressures will only allow you to be concerned with high level risks. However, high level risks will often occur when a series of lower level risks conspire and become the collective cause.

The identification and subsequent management of these “conspirator” risks that will prevent or mitigate the high level risks

Risk management options:

	Take the risk on the basis that the probability of occurrence is low.
	Accept the risk despite its probability or severity.
	Hand off the risk to a third party.
	Manage the prevention of the risk.
